1. Who We Are

Law Assessment is a UK-based provider of online legal revision tools, specialising in Single Best Answer Questions (SBAQs) and practice assessments. Whether preparing for the SQE1, SQE2, PGDL, LSAT, LNAT, New York Bar, UK Bar (BPC/BTC/BTT), PCLL Conversion Exams, NCA, Ontario Licensing, or the Singapore Bar Exams, candidates gain not only legal knowledge but also strategic insight.

2. Licence & Personal Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access our content solely for your own private study. Materials must not be shared, copied, or redistributed. Standard access duration is 6 months unless otherwise specified.

3. Access & Updates

Access begins upon purchase. While we aim for uninterrupted access, service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance or other technical issues. Content may be updated or corrected without notice to maintain quality and accuracy.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
No refunds are issued once a practice assessment has been attempted, even partially.
If the product has not been accessed or attempted, cancellations are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
If a valid discount code was missed at checkout, we may refund the difference on request.

5. Disclaimer

Our materials are revision aids only and do not constitute legal advice or formal tuition. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or examination outcomes. Users are expected to verify all content independently.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the intellectual property of Law Assessment. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. System Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet meet technical requirements. We do not offer refunds for access issues caused by system incompatibility.

8. User Conduct & Website Security

You must not upload malicious content, hack, or otherwise misuse the platform. Breaches may result in immediate termination and reporting to legal authorities.

9. Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in connection with any dispute arising from your use of our services.
