SQE1 · Functioning Legal Knowledge
Exam-style mock assessments for FLK1 and FLK2, written by tutors who have taught SQE1 since its first sitting. Each set follows the SRA assessment specification: five-option single best answer questions, the official session pace and the same subject weighting.
SRA change · January 2027 onwards
The SRA has reduced SQE1 to 170 questions per FLK assessment, split into two sessions of 85. Each session still lasts 153 minutes, so the time available per question rises. All our SQE1 assessments now run at the new pace.
